About DataPowerDemand

Power Infrastructure Intelligence Platform

Our Mission

DataPowerDemand exists because the world is undergoing a fundamental transformation in electricity consumption — and most stakeholders are flying blind. Data centers, AI compute clusters, crypto mining operations, and industrial electrification are driving the largest wave of new electricity demand in a generation. Yet there is no single, comprehensive source of intelligence tracking these developments in real time.

We exist to fill that gap. Our platform aggregates, analyzes, and visualizes signals from ISO/RTO filings, utility integrated resource plans, interconnection queues, public records, and verified industry reporting to create a comprehensive picture of where power demand is growing — and what it means.

What We Track

Our intelligence platform monitors several categories of infrastructure development:

Methodology

We employ a multi-layered approach to intelligence gathering:

  1. Automated Scanning: Daily automated scans of ISO/RTO interconnection queues, utility IRP filings, government procurement records, and trade publication RSS feeds.
  2. Signal Analysis: Each detected signal is scored for relevance, confidence, and impact using a proprietary algorithm that considers source reliability, corroboration across multiple sources, and project stage.
  3. Human Verification: High-confidence signals are reviewed by our analyst team, who cross-reference public records, verify details, and update project profiles.
  4. Continuous Updates: Projects are updated in real time as new signals emerge. We maintain a rolling 90-day signal window with weekly snapshot archives.

Our data is sourced from publicly available information and verified industry reporting. All figures are estimates subject to revision as more information becomes available.

Team

DataPowerDemand is built and operated by Frontier Intelligence, LLC, a power infrastructure intelligence firm specializing in grid-scale electricity demand analysis. Our team combines expertise in power systems engineering, transmission planning, data center infrastructure, and energy markets.
